Condolences

Condolence From: Jay
Condolence: As I look back over time, I find myself wondering, did I thank you enough for all you have done for me? For all the times you were by my side, to help and support me, to celebrate my successes, understand my problems and accept my defeats. For teaching me, by your example, the value of hard work, good judgement, courage and integrity. I wonder if I ever thanked you for the sacrifices you made to let us all have the very best and for the simple things like laughter, smiles and all the wonderful times we shared? If I have forgotten to show my gratitude enough for all the things you have done for me, I am thanking you now. Uncle George, my dear Grandfather, I will miss you everyday,be thankful everyday and Love you forever.

Condolence From: Sandy O'Hern
Condolence: My deepest sympathies are heartfelt for all family and friends. Uncle George was a very special Uncle. I will never forget Uncle George, the times he drove to our families home in his jeep with jelly donuts and lots of love to share with his presence, always being there when I needed him, having his favorite chocolate pudding after dinners he would me make for us during my visits on weekends and days after college classes, the joy in his voice when he spoke of Bea and in memory his sharing with me how she would make him chocolate pudding, and they had so much fun together, the cow bell, one of the greatest loves they shared, that I will always remember. Uncle George was always there with a great big hug, and smile of joy that was like a rainbow of sunshine embracing me, our sitting in mid winter on side of boathouse warming up with the sun or by his fireplace. I will never forget the times shared on top of the boathouse that he would laugh and tease with me about those on the water in boats only eating pork and beans for dinner, as he knew he had the best of luxury in the world that he well earned by his hard work, and where he was so happy to be, taking in the beams of sunshine through the glass windows, and living the life of what I knew as his paradise. Uncle George will be so missed, already a cornerstone of life is missing, even with my living far away, I sense this loss is great, and I know my family feels the same. I am praying for all that were touched by Uncle Georges unconditional gentle loving spirit, his embrace, his care, his friendship and sense of humor, his attitude that kept him well for the many years of a good life he did have, even in suffering his losses of loved ones over time, he always made the best of everything and loved most completely. I salute Uncle George for his seaman service and for his patriotic, gentle, loving and joy filled spirit, he will linger in my heart forever. In the meantime I will take all his character in my heart forward as part of me, and always remember Uncle George. Praying for all family and friends comfort and peace at this time of need and forward. It is with great regret that I will miss this very special tribute in honor of Uncle George, Always Uncle George will be close in my heart, I know you know I love You Uncle George, so greatly and in my heart you will never be far away. God's Peace, Love Always, Sandy

Condolence: Uncle George was a great man, and I was lucky to have known him and spent much time with him for many years. I will never forget the hugs he would give or how his smile and eyes would light up a room. He was loved by many and will be missed deeply. Love you Uncle George and I hope there is a Coors Light waiting for you at the gates of heaven.
