I graduated from St. Joseph High School, Metuchen in 1994 and continued my academic development at Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. where I played NCAA Lacrosse. With my goals set on entering the family business, I graduated from the Evergreen State College with a Bachelor's in Science and went on to graduate from American Academy McCallister Institute of Mortuary Science a year later. Shortly after I gained my New Jersey State Funeral Director's License in 2001
Upon my father John's retirement in 2006, I was named manager of the funeral home, the position I hold today. I am happy to use my years of experience in all aspects of funeral service to assist any family accomplish their end of life needs. My commitment to the families I serve at the funeral home is as strong and steadfast as my commitment to my own family. I am a proud father of two wonderful sons and a daughter and husband of a beautiful wife, Susan . We live conveniently above our funeral home.
In the winters, I enjoy skiing with my family. During the summers, my family and I enjoy spending time on the beautiful Jersey coast. I am also an avid offshore fisherman and still participate in the game of Lacrosse. I was a principal in the North Brunswick Recreational Lacrosse Program for over fifteen years and serve as an active member of St. Matthias Parish and a past member of the St. Matthias Pastoral Council.

Anthony joined the Gleason Funeral Home in August of 2011. It was at a young age, after the passing of his great grandmother, he decided to become a funeral director and began his journey in funeral service.
Anthony served his two year internship at Matther-Hodge Funeral Home in Princeton and at MJ Murphy Funeral Home in Monmouth Junction from 2009 to 2010. He was a 2010 graduate of Mercer County Community College, where he obtained an Associates Degree in Applied Science and Funeral Service. Shortly after obtaining his NJ State Funeral Directors License, he began his journey at the Gleason Funeral Home.
Anthony has a strong sense of compassion and dedication to the families he serves. His innovative and progressive approach provides personalized ideas to families, all while upholding high standards of professionalism, dignity and respect to every family.
Anthony was raised in Bridgewater and Raritan Township before relocating with his wife and children. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two sons, Anthony Jr. and Vincent.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Colonia, New Jersey, Joel began his career in funeral service in 1992 as an intern, first in Perth Amboy then later in Edison. After graduating Mercer County College’s Mortuary Science Program in 1996 and earning his Associates Degree in Business & Science and Certificate of Proficiency in Mortuary Science, he was licensed in early 1997. Joel joined the staff of the Gleason Funeral Home in May 2019.
Dedicated to the families he serves, his compassion and professionalism help those in need through one of the most difficult times of their lives.
As a lifelong music enthusiast, Joel is a multi-instrumentalist who enjoys performing live and listening to various genres. In his spare time he also enjoys freshwater fishing, playing pool, walking, reading and gardening with his girlfriend Robin at their home in Metuchen.

Mark began his career in funeral service at the age of 20. He became a Licensed Funeral Director in 1984 after graduating from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Mortuary Science in New York City. He is a member and Past President of the Middlesex & Somerset County Funeral Directors Association
Mark's primary concern is to meet the needs of each individual family and provide the highest level of service. He has always had the ability to interact comfortably and communicate well with the public. Mark has a true passion for serving families with the utmost professionalism. He believes that all lives should be honored in a special way that has meaning to their family.
Mark has been involved with many civic organizations and has held positions such as Commissioner and Past Chairman of a local Housing Authority, member and Past President of the Honorary P.B.A., member and Past President of the Kiwanis Club and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He enjoys the game of golf and spending days on the beach. Mark also enjoys traveling to Florida during the winter months.
